　2.What is the Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ) per order?

　Our MOQ is 3000pcs per model. Order less than MOQ, the price should be negotiated.

　3.How about the payment?

　Payment should be made by 30% deposit and balance by T/T before shipment.

　For the order more than USD20,000.00, we also accept L/C at sight.

　Payment terms should be discussed and reached an agreement before firm order.

　4.May I print my LOGO on the products? How about the printing cost?

　We can provide 1 color logo printing on 1 position free of charge when your order reached MOQ.

　More logo (including more colors) printing, we will charge USD0.02 for one color on one position.

　Order less than MOQ, logo price should be negotiated.

　5.May I change the packing?

　Yes, but you should pay for your new design. Our experienced packing design colleague can help you design your special packing.

　6.May I have product in my PMS color?

　Yes, we can do your request PMS color free of charge when order reached MOQ.

　7.How about the lead time for the samples?　

　Standard samples with our packing will be provided within 3 days;

　Samples with customer’s logo will be provided within 5 days.

　8.How about the delivery time?

　Usually our delivery will be 20 days.

　It is also depends on the order quantity and requirements.

　If you need the delivery urgently, please discuss with us. We will try our best to meet your delivery schedule.

　9.Would you accept OEM product?

　Yes. OEM project are warmly welcomed. This is our strong advantages we can provide. Owing to our professional R&D staff, we can serve you well for the OEM project.

　10.Would you accept the order base on the sample or the design provided by us?

　Yes, that will be warmly welcomed. Not only we can manufacture on the sample or the design, we can also protect its copyright by the buyer's request.
